at long last i can get into my loft safely due to the brilliant job done with flooring and ladder. i know i wasnt an easy client as i changed my mind a few times on boarding area and ladder to be installed, but nothing was too much trouble and i am very happy with the job done and time taken. No long lunch or tea breaks taken just got on with the job, would use again, but i only have one loft which i now enjoy using. thank you.

Brilliant service. Different ladders explained well during quote and we thought the price was very reasonable. Installation was pretty quick and the gentleman who did the installation was very professional and very nice to chat to. He cleaned up extremely well, I was very impressed! He also had to move some boxes in the loft that were in the way, which we were fine with and he was happy to do it for us. Then he showed us how to use the ladder and it was all very simple. Really happy with the service and work and I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Exceptionally pleased with my loft upgrade. I’ll start with the quotation. Eifion fitted in around my late arrival home and quoted me only for the work I needed, no over selling which I really appreciated. Connor came and fitted a new hatch and ladder as well as more insulation and shelving. Connor explained why he was running late via text and showed me photos! He worked really hard to get the work completed on time, which he did. Connor also left the area as if he hadn’t worked there. I had the ladder demonstrated to me and was allowed to use it before Connor left just to be sure I knew what to do. Would highly recommend this service for loft fittings.

It was lovely meeting Eifion, very jolly and made you feel at ease. Eifion explained in great detail on how he was going to put the attic/ladders up into the loft. The night before I was due to having the work done, I realized at the very last minute if Eifion can sort out my insulation as my previous tradesmen had just kick all of my insulation into a big pile and not put it back. I also needed more insulation in my loft, Eifion dealt with the order of more insulation straight away.

Service was great from start to finish. With a comprehensive and quick survey from Eifion we discussed what we wanted and our needs for the loft space. On the day of the install the fitter turned up in a timely manner and talked me through the process, laid down dust sheets in the relevant area and got stuck in. He kept me in the loop as the day went on and was polite and friendly throughout the install. We had a great experience with Access 4 lofts and I would highly recommend using them!

He explained how to operate the ladders and made sure that I knew what to do to operate them. Eifion along with his assistant Connor did a good job boarding half of the loft. The age of the property along with the thickness of the insulation added a complication to the install, however a company director with previous experience assisted the team and ensured that the installation was done correctly. The end product is well built and providing me with a good storage space.
