Was lovely, and did a fab job on the loft hatch , it was so much better than we thought it would be and looks finished to a high standard.

The loft itself looks great with new boards and membrane.

He made sure we knew how to work the ladder and hatch.

The work concerned fitting of new loft ladders in a pre-war detached house. This was done with both perfect style and construction. It was accompanied by a freindly, helpful service where the workmanship was of a high standard.

Very pleased with my new loft ladders, the chap that came to fit them was very pleasant and did a super job leaving no mess behind at all. He explained how to operate the ladders and made sure that I knew what to do to operate them. The appointment was made about a month in advance for the installation and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. I would recommend using this company as my experience of them was perfect, no problems whatsoever and a full explanation given as to how he would be fitting/securing the ladders in my loft.

Eifion explained clearly different options for my needs both when scoping the job in question and at time of installation. Fair and clearly detailed pricing. Eifion along with his assistant Connor did a good job boarding half of the loft. The age of the property along with the thickness of the insulation added a complication to the install, however a company director with previous experience assisted the team and ensured that the installation was done correctly. The end product is well built and providing me with a good storage space.
