I’m sure he must have had rubber hammers as the noise was so minimal. The work carried out was top knotch. All old Debra was removed and work area spotless.

We recently hired Access4Lofts for a major loft transformation, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The project included full loft boarding, laying new insulation, installing a new light and ladder, and fitting a custom-made loft hatch and door.

The work was carried out over two days in December by Ashley, who was ably assisted by Andy and Dan on the first day. Their skill and efficiency were matched only by their professionalism and friendliness. The finished job is impeccable – everything is robust, neat and completed to a very high standard.

What truly sets this company apart, however, is their honesty and commitment to putting things right. There was a mix-up with the initial quote (the hatch and insulation, had been accidentally omitted). Instead of making it a problem, Ashley and the team managed the situation flawlessly. Ashley returned on the morning of Christmas Eve to install the custom loft hatch and door, ensuring the job was finished perfectly.

Ashley arrived on time and worked hard. He demonstrated a professional approach throughout his visit and was polite and approachable. A very professional service that I would recommend. Only small criticism would be that I asked for a touch latch locking system and the pole provided to pull down the ladder and close the hatch had a flat smooth end to push hatch closed which is liable to slip. Chris suggested I fit a buffer to the end which I feel shouold have been supplied as part of the installation.
