The loft hatch is easy to open and close. The steps with deep treads and hand rail are sturdy but not heavy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Initially all was fine with the ladder instal and enlarging of the hatch, until a major safety issue was raised, which lead on to more work and time and delays. but as Ricardo pointed out, this was a one off. despite a few issues and concerns all was finally completed. it seems my install was the unlucky one, but Ricardo was very polite, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to reccomend him in any way. 5 stars as the issues he came across were not the norm. If you need a ladder / hatch enlarginging, then Ricardo is the person. could not praise him enough. well done. A4L Coventry.

Ricardo was incredibly neat and professional in his approach to this job, explained everything clearly, was pleasant to have in our house, and I would most definitely recommend him. An excellent job, by a very professional installer.

Ricardo insulated the loft and eaves of my dormer bungalow. When he came to quote for the work he carefully explained everything he would do to ensure all areas were insulated. It took him over an hour to do the quote, other companies spent 5 minutes! It was a difficult and complicated job because he had to get into very small roof spaces. Everything was cleaned and protected. The work took 8 hours to complete and I can already feel the difference – my house has been much warmer.

I cannot fault the way Ricardo carried out the loft ladder replacement and the professionalism that he displayed at all times. The job was completed without fuss and the little mess that was created was cleaned up and left spotless. He is polite and courteous and was respectful of my home, even taking time to cover his shoes to protect carpets when entering.

I would not hesitate to use Ricardo again and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering having new loft ladders.
