Billy arrived when he said he would for both the quote and installation. He helpfully managed to fit us in for an earlier install than we originally expected. The install itself was completed in less than two hours including a thorough tidy up by Billy and a very clear demo of how the ladder sections locked together. I’d absolutely recommend Billy if you want a loft ladder fitted.

Extremely impressed with the knowledge and advice given before the work started, the quality of work, and the care taken whilst the work was being carried out. We now have great access to a very useable loft space, which has been well insulated and very neatly boarded. Our house was left very clean and tidy, and the attention to detail when clearing up was clear to see. We replaced old loft hatch and aluminium ladder with a much more modern wooden ladder and easier access to the loft. The work went well and was completed in just over half a day.
