Dale was a true professional and gentleman. When he came to provide a quote he explained the different options and indicated the lead-time. He also said that it would be him doing the install himself which was great – it’s often the case that it’s the sales-guy who gives the quotes and then someone else does the install.

On the day of installation Dale and his colleague arrived, they made sure everything was covered in dust-sheets, did the installation and then cleaned-up afterwards. The installation was made more complex by how the ceiling was previously plastered, but Dale sorted it all out, leaving us with new plaster that looks as good as new.

Dale provided me with an estimate for the work as well as an explanation of what he was going to do and why so that I could consider my options.

On the day he and his assistant worked quietly (as possible) and efficiently to insulate and floor my loft to a very high standard. He also installed a breathable membrane on the sloping parts of the loft which has set the whole thing off nicely and provided me with valuable extra storage space.
