From start to finish this was brilliant service, fitting around my work and time schedule. From the first time Dale came to the house to have a look at the space I was confident that he was able to do what he said he would do. Streets ahead of another company that I asked to give me a quote who basically turned up had to look at the loft and said absolutely not, will not do that at all.

Dale carried out the installation of a Ramsay ladder and hatch cover as well as explaining the best position for it and then giving a demonstration of how to operate it. Service was excellent and the job professionally carried out. Would not hesitate to recommend Dale.

Efficient, quick and friendly.

I had a loft hatch and ladder I could barely use because they were very heavy and stiff. I now have ones I can operate safely with no effort. And a safety rail to get into the loft, and an electric hoist to get things up and down. All in the little more than a couple of hours. I wish I’d done it much sooner.

Dale was a true professional and gentleman. When he came to provide a quote he explained the different options and indicated the lead-time. He also said that it would be him doing the install himself which was great – it’s often the case that it’s the sales-guy who gives the quotes and then someone else does the install.

On the day of installation Dale and his colleague arrived, they made sure everything was covered in dust-sheets, did the installation and then cleaned-up afterwards. The installation was made more complex by how the ceiling was previously plastered, but Dale sorted it all out, leaving us with new plaster that looks as good as new.

Friendly and efficient! The work was completed so much faster than I expected, able to slot in around two people working from home and complete half a loft’s worth of flooring in just a few hours. Could not recommend the team enough, excellent work and great having them around!

Dale provided me with an estimate for the work as well as an explanation of what he was going to do and why so that I could consider my options.

On the day he and his assistant worked quietly (as possible) and efficiently to insulate and floor my loft to a very high standard. He also installed a breathable membrane on the sloping parts of the loft which has set the whole thing off nicely and provided me with valuable extra storage space.
