Graeme and his team were brilliant. They took the time to explain how the loft boarding would be fitted and highlighted some of the pitfalls that other installers can overlook. Having compared quotes, I have to agree, some of the cheaper options missed the all-important battens that provide stability and support for the boards.

On the day, they arrived on time, worked quickly, and were surprisingly quiet considering the scale of the job. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and actually left the house cleaner than when they arrived!

Now my husband has somewhere to hoard! sorry, store, all the things we only need occasionally… or, more likely, never! At least everything will be tidy, organised, and I’ll finally be able to see what’s actually up there when I venture into the loft.

The service was excellent. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but for the extra cost I got so much more. Outstanding workmanship, great customer service, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend access 4 lofts. Graham came out to see what needed to be done. No faffing about. He told me exactly what he could do and how he could make the loft space more useable. He sent me a breakdown of costs and a video showing me how it would work. He arrived on time. Protected my flooring, and managed to increase the size of my loft hatch without damaging the plaster on the ceiling around it. He was very professional. Job was done he showed me how to open the hatch safely from the ground and how to bring down the ladder and put it away with ease. Graham cleaned up and removed all debris and even vacuumed the floor. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to make more use of their loft space.
