After phoning round for a few months, I found Access4Lofts. They were willing to come out and quote, which they did. The price was good, so they got our order.

I would highly recommend access 4 lofts. Graham came out to see what needed to be done. No faffing about. He told me exactly what he could do and how he could make the loft space more useable. He sent me a breakdown of costs and a video showing me how it would work. He arrived on time. Protected my flooring, and managed to increase the size of my loft hatch without damaging the plaster on the ceiling around it. He was very professional. Job was done he showed me how to open the hatch safely from the ground and how to bring down the ladder and put it away with ease. Graham cleaned up and removed all debris and even vacuumed the floor. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to make more use of their loft space.

Perfect from start to finish. I called Graeme as I needed a new loft hatch door, and also, due to having my ceiling plastered, the area around my loft was unsightly. I was told the job would take about 1.5 days to complete, but i was delighted when at about 3.30pm on the first day the job was done. The guys did not stop all day and put down dust sheets before the job started. They cleaned up after and we were shown how the new ladder worked. I could not have been happier. The loft now has all the storage i need and is safe to go up and down the ladder easily. The light fitted is great and I can see every corner of the loft. I am delighted with the price being hundreds of pounds cheaper than a competitor. Paid by bank transfer and got a receipt straight away. delighted customer – the only problem is , i now have to put back the stuff i took out of the loft !
