Absolutely delighted with our loft flooring & shelves, it’s given us much more storage space than we’d imagined! One of the downsides of a new build house is the lack of cupboards but this allows us to store things & still have easy access too.

Michael explained our options & sent out a detailed quote that evening. We were given a full breakdown of costs rather than just a total job figure which was great. We chose to have the maximum number of shelves & added another light too. The cost was very reasonable for the work carried out.

Could not be happier with the work carried out. From the initial call until the work was complete, Michael was really helpful and explained the cost and showed me how the job would look. Everything was detailed and the cost was amazing. Everyone I have told has been shocked! Initial visit and quote were supplied promptly and installation took place quickly too. The guy who did the installation was a credit to your company. Punctual, polite and very pleasant and ensured carpets were all covered with dust sheets. He cleaned up after the work and was very good at explaining how the ladder worked.

Michael came out promptly to give a quotation and offered me some expert advice which ended up saving me a fair bit of money and putting my mind at ease. On the day of the work the guys arrived bang on time and worked quickly and quietly through the day to get everything installed. I work from home and was undisturbed. Once they were finished I got a full demonstration, got to go up into the loft myself and have a look and ask any questions before the guys left, they took their time with everything and even hoovered round my whole landing and stairs despite having laid high quality dust sheets immediately. A really reasonable price and such great and reliable service, I’d recommend to anyone!

Service provided was excellent. Although not sure exactly what time of arrival was due to be, however arrived prompt at approximately 8.30am ready to work. Minimal disruption, noise, mess and I also have a dog who was un-phased by what was going on. Both men very polite, friendly and worked hard from the outset. My daughter recommended Access4lofts after her loft was done. Michael came surveyed, fully explained waht would be done and gave a verbal quote followed by a detailed one (e mail). date was arranged and work was done at the time agreed. Cant fault the work. Clean, tidy and spent time explaining how to operate the ladder. I would have no hesitation in recommending. It makes a pleasant change to get better than expected service. Having worked in construction for nearly 50 years, I can safely say I have rarely encountered better (if at all). Top marks , chaps!

It was very straightforward to arrange a formal quote and, after accepting it, the loft ladder installation followed quickly. The fitter (Winston) did a first-class job, demonstrated how to safely operate and secure the ladder and tided up thoroughly after completing the installation.
