Very professional and friendly, the flooring in my loft is very sturdy and I was given proper instructions and demonstrations on how to safely use the drop-down ladder, overall very happy!

Michael came out promptly to give a quotation and offered me some expert advice which ended up saving me a fair bit of money and putting my mind at ease. On the day of the work the guys arrived bang on time and worked quickly and quietly through the day to get everything installed. I work from home and was undisturbed. Once they were finished I got a full demonstration, got to go up into the loft myself and have a look and ask any questions before the guys left, they took their time with everything and even hoovered round my whole landing and stairs despite having laid high quality dust sheets immediately. A really reasonable price and such great and reliable service, I’d recommend to anyone!

Cannot praise this company enough. Initial consultation was very professional and outlined the works to be carried out. I then had the chance to see the quote itemised before agreeing to the work. They arrived on time, immediately lay down dust sheets and got to work straight away. Both were polite and friendly and carried the work out quickly and to an impeccable standard. The job was faultless, loft looks even better than I could have imagined. There wasn’t a single bit of clean up from my side, they had done it all. Contacted me a few hours before planned, asked if I would like to have the appointment earlier in the day which worked perfectly for me. Incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Explained everything in detail and even cleaned up afterwards!

Service provided was excellent. Although not sure exactly what time of arrival was due to be, however arrived prompt at approximately 8.30am ready to work. Minimal disruption, noise, mess and I also have a dog who was un-phased by what was going on. Both men very polite, friendly and worked hard from the outset. Absolutely delighted with workmanship, service and professionalism. Service delivered, including end product i.e. loft floored and access via ladder as quoted on invoice was exceptional.

Michael came surveyed, fully explained waht would be done and gave a verbal quote followed by a detailed one (e mail). date was arranged and work was done at the time agreed. Cant fault the work. Clean, tidy and spent time explaining how to operate the ladder. I would have no hesitation in recommending. It makes a pleasant change to get better than expected service. Having worked in construction for nearly 50 years, I can safely say I have rarely encountered better (if at all). Top marks , chaps!

The fitter (Winston) did a first-class job, demonstrated how to safely operate and secure the ladder and tided up thoroughly after completing the installation. What a fantastic job the guys carried out from start to finish, i would recommend 100% to anyone needing work done go to these guys.
