Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication throughout and the job itself far exceeds my expectations of what could be achieved in a small space. Michael explained everything from the first interaction and John, who completed the job, worked non-stop from the minute he arrived and tidied everything up on leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great job from the time we seen Michael who booked the installation to the day the job was completed by John who was very professional. The job was completed quickly. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

John arrived early and was very polite and professional. The installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with the result.

From the fast quote, to the choice of installation date, this has been an entirely seamless process. Price quoted was good and there were no hidden extras. The options were explained in detail. The work was carried out quickly and very tidily and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Winston and his colleague turned up when they said they would to floor my loft. Really friendly and the work was completed to a high standard. My carpet was covered completely so no mess. My loft is fully accessible now, floored with shelving and a pull down ladder. Definitely recommend

The logt hatch fitting went very well and john was great he did the work well and left no mess very well done would recommend to any one that needs work done

My loft ladders were fitted by Access4lofts at the end of September 2026…..The ladders are very lightweight and extremely strong….the small connecting bolts require to be slid into slots in a particular order but it makes the ladders very very safe to use…I also had a handrail fitted at the top of the ladders. The fitters came on time , fitted the ladders very quickly and efficiently and showed me how to use them , then supervised me while I tried myself ….the fitter also swept up a little dust when they finished I am delighted with my purchase and the service I received from Access4lofts and have no hesitation in recommending this company for good efficient service.

An excellent service start to finish. Prompt work, house left tidy and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Communication throughout from getting a quote until completion was excellent.

The installation was to a high standard and completed in a timely manner.

John and James rurned up on time. They reviewed the existing door and explained what they would do. They also consulted me on a couple of occasions as the installation progressed. When completed, they then ran me through the safe operation of the ladder. Sheets were used and the location was left clean and tidy. I found both John and James very personable and professional. The installation was certainly completed quickly and efficiently to a high standard.

Had really good communication from the start, great service and also worked really efficiently. Price was very reasonable and really nice people too.

Pleased with the service from start to finish kept updated, pleased with the installation, cleaned up after, explained everything and couldn’t believe its a lifetime guarantee

Outstanding service from the initial quote through to the final clear up. Extended our loft hatch, fitted ladders, insulation, shelves and boarding. Completed in one day despite running into problems along the way. No extra costs. Friendly and thorough. Would recommend!

Michael and Winston were both professionally, courteous and friendly. We’re delighted with our attic space abd new hatch and would highly recommend

Fantastic job, lovely workers, polite, knowledgeable and very tidy. I highly recommend this company.

Really good job, exactly as discussed at the first visit and kept to the price quoted. Guys who came to fit were very tidy, friendly and did it all in a day.

Excellent workmanship, would reccomend

John the guy who boarded and shelved my loft was friendly polite and very professional and explained everything that he would do and gave an excellent demonstration of how the hatch and ladder worked I would say John is a massive asset to the company would recommend

Great and efficient service.

From the 1st contact with Michael right through to the install completed by Winston I could not have been happier with the service provided. The job was carried out to a high standard and no mess left behind. Would absolutely recommend.

John was punctual, polite and respected my property. He was very knowledgeable about the product and ensured I was completely satisfied before leaving my home.

I would highly recommend to other customers.

A very friendly service from visit to provide quote, to installation of Loft Access Ladder.

John was excellent from start to finish. Great worker, arrived on time, organised everything, no mess left and explained how things worked.

Really happy with the loft flooring that John carried out at our home. He was great from the get go, finishing off with giving us a full explanation of the work done. If anyone is looking for work to be done to their loft, i would definitely recommend Access4Lofts!

Arrived on time, dust sheets put in place and just got on with the loft hatch and ladders. Was carried out within about 3 hours and was shown how to work the hatch and ladders. So quick and easy and so much safer than my old hatch which fell down every time whenever someone opened it.

This is the third time I have used Access4Lofts and on each occasion Michael and John have done a first class job. They do exactly as promised whilst being utterly professional. I will be happy to use their services again in the future.

We are delighted with the work carried out and would recommend you to anybody requiring loft flooring and ladders

Very professional job

The product was perfect and the workmanship was excellent efficient and exactly as I wanted could not have asked for anymore very very pleased with the work done and with the product itself. job was completed extremely quickly and with no fuss.

Would have no hesitations in recommending company . Communication was outstanding from Michael throughout the whole process – emails always answered very promptly and very patient and informative as we decided the best options for us .

The service was carried out to an extremely high standard – prompt arrival , excellent communication, very friendly and clear demonstration. Our house was left absolutely immaculate . Very glad we opted for Access 4 Lofts .

Lovely, friendly professional staff. Excellent service from start to finish. Delighted with the finished product. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service throughout the process from Michael and his team, couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

Very reliable company. Arrived when they said they would, tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend.

From first contact, it was easy to make up our minds. In fact, we didn’t even look at any other companies. The installers didn’t stop working from the minute they arrived until the job was finished and cleaned up at the end.

Michael was great, made 2 visits to ensure the loft was accurately quoted for. The installation team were fantastic, polite and respectful of the property. Kept me informed and asked for my opinion on things that needed intervention (like the TV aerial and water stop valve). Installed in a single day, really can’t fault and would recommend to others.

Both guys were great. Very professional, tidy and done an amazing job. Very pleased with the work carried out.

Extremely happy with the work carried out. Friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

I was really pleased with the work carried out. Winston and his colleague arrived on time and introduced themselves to me. They explained what would happen and were very careful taking time to protect carpets and vacuuming afterwards too. They talked through options for ladder placement and made sure I knew how to use it before they left. I would recommend the service the others.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. We received a clear, detailed quote with different options, along with an explanation of how the work would be carried out and when. They arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Totally recommend them!

Very professional and confident “Journeyman” in John your representative.

All work carried out to the highest standard in my opinion, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

From our first meeting with Michael and install from John (hoping I have this right!), Access4Lofts have been totally professional and above all polite. Thank you for treating us and our home with respect. We are delighted with the space created and the efficiency of the install.

Excellent service, friendly/professional staff, no fuss installation.

From the quotation visit to installation Michael and Winston were professional, arrived on time, keeping me updated with their ETA. They thoroughly explained the process and the installation was completed in less than two hours. I have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

Really good and professional service.

The install was quite complex and in a restricted space, so it did cause some cosmetic damage to the paintwork in my hallway – but easily fixed and not bad considering the job and how tight it was. It was great to have it done in a day. They clearly know what they’re doing.

Contacted Access4Lofts and got a quick appointment for a quote.

Very reasonable price and was given a day for installation.

Arrived on time and gave a detailed brief on what was being done and a time for completion.

After the installation they cleaned and hoovered the area that we’re working on and gave a demo on how to use.

A very professional job from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts for anyone looking for an installation of a loft ladder.

Very happy with the service and quality of the work provided. Access4Lofts were professional and helpful in identifying what was needed – highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

Very professional service from start to finish.

Would highly recommend.

An excellent service from the initial visit to assess the job, to the work that was completed to our satisfaction in time estimated. The assigned tradesman gave us a very informative report on how he would complete the job, as well as giving us the opportunity to test the equipment to ensure that it met with our requirements.

Both joiners, Mitchell and John were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They floored the loft perfectly. Thank you.

Good job. Neat finish. Tidied any mess. Happy with finished loft hatch.

Second time I have used the service and very professional from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous job. The end result is great and has added a huge amount of additional storage space. The guys worked flat out, were personable, explained everything on completion. and left the place tidy. I’d highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Access4lofts. Excellent service from start to finish. Really pleased with the space they created for us. High standard off workmanship. Winston & Mitch were very pleasant, polite and good at there job.

Absolutely delighted with our loft flooring & shelves, it’s given us much more storage space than we’d imagined! One of the downsides of a new build house is the lack of cupboards but this allows us to store things & still have easy access too.

Michael explained our options & sent out a detailed quote that evening. We were given a full breakdown of costs rather than just a total job figure which was great. We chose to have the maximum number of shelves & added another light too. The cost was very reasonable for the work carried out.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael & the team at Access4Lofts.

Outstanding service throughout, from initial enquiry until job completion.

Good and professional service

Great and efficient service. Neat and tidy job.

Brilliant service, fully done in just over 4 hours. Friendly and professional guys. Place left spotless. Loft now fully accessible with lots of storage space. Highly recommend!

Very quickly completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. In hindsight I might have gone for a larger hatch opening.

Amazing service from start to finish. The 2 boys that done the job were great on the day of the install. Highly recommend

Michael came to asses loft area for new ladder, he kept me informed at all times ,explained installation process ,lifetime guarantee and price .. once agreed a date suitable to us both was set ..

on installation day, Mitchell came armed with his dust sheets to protect carpet etc… he again went over installation process and timescale … an hour later a fab shiny ladder

Was ready for me to demonstrate Mitchell’s excellent instructions … I am delight with both visits from Michael and Mitchell and will be passing number on to family and friends x

Fantastic service would definitely recommend

From the moment I contacted you the service you gave was 100% from coming out and giving me a quote to the fitting was excellent would definitely recommend you

Very respectful lads, did a really good job in the stifling heat! Loft looks so good and we now have loads of storage. I would definitely recommend your company.

Very professional and friendly , workmanship to a very high standard and happy with how dust sheets were placed and no mess was left. 10/10 thank you!

Both guys who carried out the job were fantastic. Job done to an exceptional standard and no mess left. Would highly recommend.

The workmen arrived on time, were extremely careful in the house, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, explained how the ladder and hatch worked and finished quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone and already have to a couple of friends.

Very professional team of installers. The job was carried out to a very high standard. The quality of the materials used was very good. After everything was completed and they cleaned up, was shown full demonstration on how to use the loft ladders. Great install at very competitive price. Would 100% recommend.

Easy, great communication. Efficient and quality fitting.

Could not be happier with the work carried out. From the initial call until the work was complete, Michael was really helpful and explained the cost and showed me how the job would look. Everything was detailed and the cost was amazing. Everyone I have told has been shocked! John arrived on the day raring to go and it was a really hot day so would have been uncomfortable up in the loft but he was always smiling and just got on with it. He was friendly and explained the work he was doing. Thoroughly went through it all afterwards and showed me how it all worked. Also couldn’t believe how clean upstairs was, no dust or debris at all, was all hoovered and cleaned which was excellent! I am over the moon with the work carried out and have recommended Access4lofts to everyone I have told about it. Best decision I made. Thanks guys.

Initial visit and quote were supplied promptly and installation took place quickly too. The guy who did the installation was a credit to your company. Punctual, polite and very pleasant and ensured carpets were all covered with dust sheets. He cleaned up after the work and was very good at explaining how the ladder worked.

I’d highly recommend your company and thank you for a great job.

10/10 on all aspects from getting the quote to installing our new loft hatch. It was a tricky job to install as we have a metal framed house but it looks like it’s supposed to be there and is finished to a high standard. I highly recommend Access4Lofts.

Great service by Access4Lofts, from initial quote by Michael to completion of job by John. Both very professional and pleasant, all options for loft boarding explained very well and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The two lads were very pleasant and professional. They worked extremely hard all day and cleared the loft of unsafe boarding and bags of rubbish left behind from insulation installers. The finished job more than met my expectations and I would highly recommend your company. You arrived on time cleaned up at finish and I am delighted with the finished item. Great service.

Winston visited our home. He was very friendly and professional. Explained how to use once he had completed the work. They were also able to fit me in last minute due to a cancellation. I would definitely recommend.

Work was done was to perfection and very tidy. Made sure to explain the details of equipment really well and was extremely patient until the work was done to high standards. Great time management and communication. And Michael also made sure to visit multiple times before work was done to make sure we were happy with the plan and quote! Highly recommend the team!

Michael and the team were excellent and did a great job

This is the second house in which we have used this company and again are more than happy with such a professional service and installation. Both Winston and Michael carried out the work in such an efficient manner and left the property clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was really impressed with the service. The team were really tidy, efficient and quick and the finish on our hatch is excellent. They also provided us with some options to understand what would suit us best which was really appreciated.

I would highly recommend Michael and his team. I thought they were great value for money and delivered a great service.

I was pleased with the service throughout. The fitter, John, arrived exactly when we had agreed, and even though I was having work done in the kitchen at the same time, John worked away upstairs in the loft. Then he vacuumed the floor, and left the hallway clear. John was friendly, efficient, and respectful at all times. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a loft ladder installed

We recently had our loft boarded and a loft ladder installed by Access4Lofts Glasgow South and were very happy with the service provided.
