Three Gentlemen came to do our loft installation. They all worked hard from arrival to departure. There was no mess at all when they left, however there was some sawdust left on driveway and road. This would not put me off recommending this company.

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was just to replace a loft hatch at my daughter’s house and the second time was to have another loft boarded out and a loft ladder installed and insulation. The guys arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They laid dust sheets on my carpet and hoovered up when they finished. The work was done to a good standard and I would definitely recommend them !

Fantastic service, very friendly and informative installers! We are so pleased with the work carried out, nice strong storage space and a brilliant light, also more insulation as we didn’t have enough! Also it was pointed out to us by 1 of the installers that he noticed a leak coming from our roof, dripping on the inside with the heavy rain, which we were not aware of.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The two men who did the work were polite and everything was explained to me. The loft now looks really great and is ready to start as an efficient storage space. Thank you.

I had considered having my loft boarded for some time. My sister had her loft boarded by Access4Lofts recently, and following her recommendation I called the company to request a survey. The proposed work was fully explained, and a date was booked for the installation.

Nick and Dom turned up at the time agreed, and laid dust sheets on my floors. They laid top-up insulation, boarded the loft space, constructed shelving, adapted the loft hatch, installed a ladder, and fitted a light in the loft. When the work was completed I was given a demonstration of how to release the loft hatch and use the ladder. I am delighted with how my loft has been transformed, and most impressed that there was no mess whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend Access4Lofts for their workmanship, friendliness and professionalism.

We cannot express how pleased we are with the work carried out by Nick and Dominic.

Our loft feels transformed. It was a very hot day, all old insulation was removed, and replaced with new. Boarding followed, a light, and a really great loft hatch which works perfectly with the age of the property.

All the old insulation and other bits of rubbish from the loft were taken away and after doing such a good job of cleaning up, if we hadn’t of known, we wouldn’t have realised anybody had been in. Our home was left spotless.

I had a new loaf hatch and ladder installed and half my loft boarded . Very pleased with the work and the way the job was done I will be using them again to compleat the other side of my loaf in the future turned up on time and got on with the job a dust sheet was not needed for this job as I have a wooded floor which was hoovered and all rubbish was taken away as well great job and very happy. I had them come back on 02.06.25 to compleat the other side of my loft space as before very nice. Japs get the job done. Clean and tidy removal of their rubbish and for any further customers. He likes custard creams for a tea break if you’re that kind . I would recommend this company very highly for loft installations of flooring and ladders and moving or installing loft hatches. Found these guys on internet. Testimonials helped me to make up my mind and we knew one of the customers so we asked him. We needed a new loft hatch and ladder. Nicholas suggested we didn’t need a new ladder just an hatch so no hard sell which I have had experience of before with windows!!! Explained installation and how long it would take.
