The 3 lads that turned up to do my works was very polite young men the was kind caring and very sufficient they talked me through everything they was going to do they took great care of my cream carpets they done there work to a very high standard and when they was finished they went through everything and they also cleaned up after themselves and also hoovered all my carpets I honestly could not of asked for a better set of lads to do my loft we r absolutely made up with it

Morgan arrived on time and explained how he would remove the existing hatch he sheeted the landing and made good around the edges . We were very satisfied with the end product and would recommend your company .

an electrician was supposed to of been arranged to fit lights and socket and be paid separately. no electrician contacted so feel let down and now i have to find electrician, I would of used another company that provide the whole service so id check before using

Such a great experience from start to finish. No hard sell. Clear and concise explanation of work to be carried out along with a cost. Couldn’t do the complete job due to pipework in the way and immediately, on the day, sent a a revised bill with the lower cost.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Initial enquiry was responded to promptly and survey visit arranged. Josh explained the options available and provided a clear no obligation quote, explained what the work would entail and estimated timescale. We proceeded with installation of new loft hatch, ladder and boarding / insulation of loft. Work was completed as agreed and scheduled following electrical work which Access 4 Lofts arranged at our request. This was also completed promptly. Fitters were professional and courteous and work was completed in just 1 day. Great job!

The workmen that turned up worked diligently and efficiently finishing the job in an amazingly short time. The speed did not affect the quality of craftsmanship or products.

They completed the task and left the property in an immaculate condition, apart from the new loft hatch you could not tell if they had been.

I really panicked after purchasing a house with no existing loft hatch. After being let down by several loft companies, I contacted Josh at access 4 lofts, who came out and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was carried out a couple of weeks later. All the work was carried out to a high standard and not a scrap of dirt or mess was left behind. Employed Access4Lofts to cut a hole in lath and plaster ceiling in order to install a loft access. They arrived early and completed the job within 3 hours. They took particular care to ensure the ceiling around the access was not damaged. Lots of dust caused by cutting hole but no evidence of dust throughout house as they covered everything in dust sheets. 6 out of 5!
