Kelvin adjusted the original booking date to accommodate my pregnancy, and did so voluntarily (sacrificing his usual day off). He also arrived alone after someone had called in sick, meaning he had double the work to do in the same amount of time and still completed the work to a great standard, without complaint. Not only this, but Kelvin noticed a way to save us money during the installation process and was open in sharing this, offering some money off. He came and measured up on a Saturday at short notice and provided a good quote which I agreed to. Then he built the hatch at home and returned to fit it about a fortnight later. Choosing a loft company is a bit of a minefield but I am very pleased we chose Kelvin at Access4lofts. The quote was good value for money in our opinion and the work carried out within a week of the quote. Kelvin arrived on time (in fact early) and just beavered away all day with little fuss or disruption to the household.
