2 vans showed up up early and got themselves unloaded and ready to start work. They introduced themselves and I gave them free access. Start to finish no breaks only stopping to ask my input if happy with flooring and orientation I wanted for ladder. Superb job would recommend in heartbeat.

The service was very professional. Jordan also cut the large water tanks for us to allow these to be removed from the loft area. Overall we are delighted with the work and would highly recommend to other customers.

Excellent work carried out in our loft. Arrived just before the start time and was very friendly and professional when introducing himself and the work was done in just under 3hrs. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the outset, efficient and personable communication, followed by an assessment of my attic, during which in depth explanation was given of the proposed work. The craftsmanship carried out by Mathew and his colleague was absolutely excellent and he ensured that I was able to open and close the hatch/ladder easily and safely! From initial enquiry to sign off, these guys were brilliant. Suzanne in the office explained the whole process, John came and measured up and inspected and gave really solid options for next steps. The install took about 4 hours, the young lad was super polite, really tidy in his approach to work and the loft looks fab! This has given us more space and was so pain free!
