From initial enquiry to sign off, these guys were brilliant. Suzanne in the office explained the whole process, John came and measured up and inspected and gave really solid options for next steps. The install took about 4 hours, the young lad was super polite, really tidy in his approach to work and the loft looks fab! This has given us more space and was so pain free! The fact that they came out to quote instead of simply sending me an estimate via text confirmed from the start it was the right company for the job. From the quotation up until the final installation the team were polite, professional, informative and very clean which helps desperately when you are having a sizeable amount of work done on your property. Pricing was to my budget and multiple ways to pay were offered. If future projects come up again I would most definitely be giving them a call and would have no problem recommending them to others.

The work took approximately 4/5 hours to complete once the work was agreed and the standard is top class. I really couldn’;t recommend getting this done if you have good space to use in your attic. We found Access 4 Lofts via social media advertising and got in touch for a quote as they had a special offer on at the time. After speaking with Suzanne we arranged a survey of our roof space for a quote. Everything was explained thoroughly from 1st point of contact and needless to say we are very happy with the finished product. The additional floor space that we have gained for storage is amazing and couldn’t have come at a better time for our new arrival due in December. Excellent service from top to bottom. Initial form was easy to fill in and got a callback the next working day as I submitted it in the evening. Suzanne has been the best help from start to finish and a pleasure to speak to and helped me get a quote that would suit my needs. Measurement happened on-time with no issues and was done very quickly. Installation happened on time and was done to a gold standard. Explanation was well done and questions I had were easily answered. Installation feels high quality aand I have full confidence in storing things and walking around on the flooring. Evrything was to perfection, from when John first came out to my house to check and measure the loft. He explained every aspect of what could be done and with what products.

Then when the guys came to do the loft, everything was perfect from laying down dust sheets, getting the loft done and showimg me each stage of what they were doing, good lads to talk to. Then when they were finished explained everything and gave demo of how the telescopic ladders worked and how the hatch closed etc.

Bonus was they hoovered up after them, even though i said dont worry, they said no, its what we do.

Then good communication from start to finish with suzanne who took care of booking the job in for us, and making sure all went to plan and explaining payment options and aftercare service.
