Very efficient, tidy and polite, checked a slight change to the quote, and did a professional job.

The loft hatch was fitted quickly and efficiently with no mess and the fitters were polite and helpful. A positive experience.

I was really impressed with everything from Access4Lofts. The communication from start to finish was great; we received a detailed quote. They were happy to make changes based on what we wanted. The lads were great; friendly and professional. They were so neat and tidy and worked really hard all day, they hardly took a break! We were so impressed with the finished job, the loft looks clean and safe for us to store belongings up there. They also brought to our attention so damage to the chimney that was causing a leak and the fact we had several wasps nests which meant we’re able to get these issues sorted quickly as we’ve only just moved into the property and these things could have caused problems further down the line.

I can’t fault Access4Lofts, I have used them before in my previous property and once again I’m made up with the work they’ve done and would definitely recommend them.

The 2 young men (sorry i can’t remember their names ) they are a credit to your company ,they introduced themselves , respected my property , were polite , cleaned up leaving no trace whatsoever.

I would highly recommend using this company .

The two installers certainly ticked all of the boxes ! Very happy with the whole engagement, from initial contact to home assessment and then the installation.

Your workers were polite, friendly and worked quickly to complete the installation to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the installation and would use your firm again.

Excellent service all round. Impressive and would definitely recommend.

The lads turned up on time and got straight on with the job. They where polite and professional and clearly knew what they had to do. After they had completed the installation they clearly explained everything I needed to know and left everything clean and tidy.

The installation team arrived on time and immediately laid dust sheets, the work was completed efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. The quality of the work was excellent and I am extremely happy with the overall experience

Thank you for the work! The lads were excellent and have done a quality job and left the house in a very tidy state. They were exemplary and I will definitely recommend the company, the work and the staff to friends and family!

Friendly professional and helpful team. The guys did a great job of boarding out my loft with the minimum of fuss and disruption. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of having similar work done.

The hatch was relocated and fitted to a good finish, the boarding is clean and level and has opened up a lot of storage space.

The lads who completed the job were great, polite, friendly and very hardworking. Once the job was finished you couldn’t even tell they had been. The job itself is of great quality, in short excellent experience.

Very good service would have you back next Year to do some more work

The two fitters were amazing beyond words. Knowledgeable, hard working, polite, and kept us informed all the way through the process of fitting. The work they have carried out is professionally fitted and has left us with an accessible space for storage in what can only be described as a difficult space. Highly recommend their work and the company as a whole.

Mine was not an easy job, and some changes had to be made to the original plan. However, they looked at other options and talked these through with me allowing me to make an informed decision. They then worked very hard to complete the job quickly and efficiently. It was a neat and tidy job, all made good and finished well with respect for my home and property. The guys were all pleasant and friendly.

Nice friendly team, who completed the work efficiently, effectively and to a good standard. Always able to contact a person when needed (as oppose to a computer system!)

From start to finish the service has been excellent.

The staff on the phone where very polite and pleasant to speak to. Only took a couple of mins to arrange for someone to come and give me a quote.

When Nathan arrived he explained everything clearly answering any questions i had. Shortly after visiting he sent me a quote and at no point did i feel any pressure to commit to the work.

Also there is no upfront cost for materials or a deposit which provided a lot of confidence in the service your going to get.

On the day the work started Nathan along with his colleague arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. Once the work had been done i was really happy with how tidy clean the house was.
