A couple of years ago I had a loft ladder fitted by Dave, which was fitted well and everything was demonstrated to us. So after being provided with a reasonable quotation following a home visit to measure up for additional loft insulation Dave arrived promptly at an agreed time. Very professional from initial visit to completion of works.

At the initial visit Dave listened to our requirements, inspected the loft and advised us on the best options for boarding the loft. He was polite, informative and answered all questions we raised.

The quote was received promptly and once we confirmed we were happy a date was set for work to be done.

The two workman arrived on time on the day, and they too were very polite. They used dust sheets to protect our flooring, were very professional in their approach, and their work was completed to a high standard.

I would absolutely use this firm again if required and have no hesitation in recommending them to others – great job guys!

The initial survey was very informative to discuss NHBC warranty and available options for the loft space we have. We managed to get an appointment in for the work soon after which was great.

The work on the day was seamless and professional.

I was pleased with the care given to our with protections laid across all of our flooring to ensure no damage and mess. All of our carpets are new being a new house so this was reassuring.

The completed product is fantastic and we are happy with the space we have in the loft now. The ladder and flooring fitted feels solid and care was taken around fittings in the loft.

A good demonstration was given for safety use and we have comfort in the warranty provided.

We are really happy with the value provided for a fair price and professional installation.

Excellent service. When assessing for the quote Dave showed us how, due to our roof design, it wouldn’t be a big open space to walk around in. We went for part boarding, (15 sqm) and a loft ladder. This took less than a day to complete and has provided plenty of storage space. It is still early days, but so far we are completely happy.

Ollie waa excellent, arrived on time, covered the carpets with dust sheets even though I had said no need as new carpet being fitted soon, he explained the process and cracked on. I was very impressed as it was a very hot day and the loft it’s the last place I’d want to be.i had the hatch and ladder replaced also the loft boarded.
