The loft installation was completed properly and professionally. Everything was left neat and in good order, and the loft ladder was installed well. Overall, I am happy with the work and satisfied with what has been done.

My only suggestion is that I would have appreciated some guidance about replacing the light switch and bulbs. Even if this required a separate electrician, it would have been helpful to know whether they could do it or advise me on the best way forward. Apart from that, I am very pleased with the service.

Unfortunately, installation couldn’t take place on first visit. However, delighted with final job done on second visit. Your colleague, who completed the job, was excellent in all respects. I appreciated you keeping me informed of appointments, detail of work to be done etc. I would certainly use your company again.

It was a straightforward process from contacting Access4lofts for a quote, booking a date and work carried out. The loft is now a usable space, clean and tidy, it’s very well done. We didn’t have the whole loft boarded but we will in the near future and will be using the same team.

The engineer that attended my property was extremely polite and knew exactly what needed to be done, he started work immediately and was very tidy in the work space. Within an hour and a half or so he had all the work completed and I had a new loft hatch, ladder and safe access and egress in and out of my loft. What a brilliant company. We had put off getting our loft insulation renewed because we feared the mess and possible damage to the ceilings of our 100 year old house. The reviews of Access4lofts kept mentioning the same names over and over again, and how satisfied people were with their work. Des provided expert advice on what we needed and provided a fair and prompt quote. Two weeks later Russell and Chris completely removed all the old insulation, hoovered every corner of the loft, replaced the insulation, laid a new raised floor, loft hatch and ladders. They respected our home, protected our carpets and cleaned up as the went along. They were polite, informative and a pleasure to have in our home. First rate job.
