Ashley was amazing from start to finish. He called to explain that he was stuck in traffic. On arrival, he found an issue but gave us multiple options of which one we are in the process of. Ashley was polite and took extra care with our house and ensured that everything was clean and tidy before he left. Would highly recommend.

What a brilliant company. We had put off getting our loft insulation renewed because we feared the mess and possible damage to the ceilings of our 100 year old house. The reviews of Access4lofts kept mentioning the same names over and over again, and how satisfied people were with their work. Des provided expert advice on what we needed and provided a fair and prompt quote. Two weeks later Russell and Chris completely removed all the old insulation, hoovered every corner of the loft, replaced the insulation, laid a new raised floor, loft hatch and ladders. They respected our home, protected our carpets and cleaned up as the went along. They were polite, informative and a pleasure to have in our home. First rate job.

Excellent installation of insulation in a very large loft area. The loft was fully cleared by Des first and a whole new area had boarding with a new insulated loft hatch after the layers of insulation had been laid. Des is excellent and very hard working, he cleaned up all the areas of the house he walked through and all of the wood taken from the loft was taken away. Shane was great. Turned up and started to lay dust sheets before starting on the boarding. The original ladder did not fit and was able to source another ladder at short notice and was able to complete the job. He showed me how to operate the hatch & ladder.

From the initial call – the lady was not only professional in her manner but she listened to my needs and took time to ensure I understand next steps. Phil quickly came out and quoted and again explained different ladders I could have. Not only was he professional but smart in uniform – diligent to show me his badge but also courteous with a cracking sense of humour which secured this job for me with this company. Company were quick to find a time suitable. Jayden then proceeded to call prior to arriving just to ensure I was in. Again – a brilliant professional approach .
