He fully boarded our loft, widened the access hatch and installed a telescope ladder. The job looks better than I could have imagined and the loft is so easily accessible now.

Stuart went above and beyond whilst in my home and I was so impressed with how clean and tidy he was. He even ensured that he was closing the stairgate, to keep my toddler from climbing the stairs, each time he had to go in and out the house to his van. Little gestures like this go a long way. We approached 3 local companies to conduct the work and whilst all were friendly we found Stuart to be very genuine and it just felt right. His pricing was competitive and he was willing to support our needs and asks especially on the day.

From when we had the original quoting up to installation day everything was explained thoroughly and it was easy to understand. On installation day you wouldn’t have even known there was someone doing work and once done any mess had been removed. Anything that had been removed from the loft had also been cut enough so we could dispose of it ourselves. The loft looks great and I was also shown how to use the ladder and hatch which was useful.

Everything Stuart said he would do he did. His work was to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Wow,wow,wow, 5* service from start to finish. We had a quote from a previous supplier of loft installations but he was too pushy, expected us to sign the dotted line, there and then. We had someone install hatch and loft ladder and board the loft at a previous property and our experience was- let’s say – not so good. Stuart, on the other hand, was a complete opposite to our previous experience – he was accommodating with time slots for the assessment, he was professional, yet very friendly and approachable.

He earned my trust during the assessment – when asked for an advice on a range of options, he provided a balanced, professional and reasonable overview of options, tailored for our loft, and for a reasonable price.

We went for clearing out a load of rubbish, insulation upgrade, boarding and shelves installation to the loft, with hatch and ladder upgrade, as well.

The execution of the work was equally neat – he arrived on time, his estimation of the time needed was precise and he left the place as neat as he found it.

He was even patient with me upon the completion of the work, and gave me a comprehensive overview of the upgrade, user instructions and a lean handover of the area.

Honestly, I can’t express how grateful we are for a loft upgrade done so neatly.
