This has been a joy from our first contact with you to enquire about updating our loft ladder.Your colleague arrived a little early than arranged but that wasn’t a problem at all.He put down several Dust sheets prior to starting the installation.He got stuck in with the job and in no time at all it was fitted.

He then gave me and Sandra a thorough demonstration as to how the ladder worked when accessing and stowing the ladder itself.

Unlike a previous company that claimed the installation was impossible, Nicolas made it happen with great attention to detail. This is the second job that Access for lofts have done for me and my husband since moving into our new home and we are so pleased.

The loft has been transformed into a useable storage space and it’s going to transform our home. The loft is now easy to access with the pull down ladders and the job has been done to a very high standard.

From the initial consultation to the finished job the team were great. On time, polite and efficient.

Dust sheets were placed down and everywhere was left clean and tidy which shows respect for our home. This is so important personally to me as it’s something my dad used to do when he worked as a joiner. It’s old school respect in my opinion which is sometimes not in practice these days.

The communication about the job was also great and the pricing was clearly explained.

From the initial visit by Nick to give us a quote to installation was excellent service. Nick gave us advice on what would be required and didn’t put us under any pressure to say yes to the work there and then. The work was carried out by Darion and Mason and they arrived promptly and had their own dustsheets to protect our carpets. They worked none stop and completed the job to a high standard on the same day. They were very tidy workers and even had their own hoover to clean the carpet after. We had insulation layed as well as lighting, boarding and ladder hatch fitted and we can recommend you get a quote, you won’t be disappointed.

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. Excellent communication, date agreed and stuck to, 0% finance available. This has transformed my loft into an accessible, vast storage area.
