I went into loft later.in the day to inspect completion and I didn’t realise the heat you worked in, I lasted 5 minutes you lasted into a second day remarkable, now I know why your nickname is LEGEND, I would recommend to anyone.

Cain the fitter arrived on time and fitted over the carpets, covers to protect them. Over the next four hours he removed the old hatch cover and architrave and made the hole in the ceiling larger. He cut and fitted the new hatch and architrave. He refitted my collapsible ladder and it is now easy to get into the loft. He cleaned up and left the house as clean as it was when he came. The only criticism I have is that I need a fitting on the ladder stick to open the hatch better than the one I have.

The first visit was very informative providing options for which type of loft ladders would suit us and the property best. Arrived punctually for both visits and they were both very personable. They protected the carpets well and left no mess.
