The service was excellent. I enquired and was visited for a quote within days. The ladders were then successfully installed a week later.

I originally booked Phil for a date that unfortunately I was not able to commit too , I contacted Phil and he accomodated my request to change the date without issue. On date of installation he and his colleague arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left my home tidy and clean.The access to my loft is now more substantial and well fitted than it was and the boarding is very sturdy and neat, he supplied two lights as part of the service. An excellent experience all round and Phil and his colleague were polite and respectful throughout and assured me to contact him if I discovered any future issues. It was nice to have an old fashioned tradesman in my home who had pride in his work. I would throughly recommend his services which were a very reasonable price which did not deviate from the original quote.

We got our loft boarded and a ladder installed with a new hatch. The men were so efficient with the job, they had everything prepared and were so organised getting it all in place. They worked quickly and checked in with our needs at key points in their work too. The loft looks great and is much better for our storage needs and the ladder is easy to use too. Phill has done a fantastic job, I should have done this years ago as I’ve got a safe and now insulated loft space. He gave an extensive quote and I was able to choose what I needed to suit my needs.
