Mark’s service has been exemplary. His manner throughout from quotation to installation has been courteous, helpful and professional. Enquiried after seeing an advert on Facebook after looking for recommendations for my loft to be completed.

After contacting, Mark got back quickly and organised a quote soon after. After accepting the quote, the work was booked in; I then received reminder text and email.

The day of the work, the two guys were spot on. I couldn’t fault them. They were very respectful and completely honest with me about an issue; however, this was already resolved; which was amazing.

All the work was completed as agreed. Demonstration was given along with cleaning up.

They went the extra mile and I can’t recommend them enough.

Communication was second to none with a reminder received the day before. Workman was friendly and accommodating when I needed him to move his van to allow my mum easy access to my house due to poor mobility. Work was completed quickly & cleanly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Mark and his fitter Jamie. From Mark arriving to do the survey, to Jamie turning up exacly ay the agreed time to do the job.

The whole process from start to finish, was very professional, polite, they treated my property with respect and managed to fit us in quiclky. Everything that I asked for and more to be honest was done to a very high standard and by the time Jamie left, it was like he hadn’t been te, he meticulously cleaned and hoovered the landing, stairs and hallway, what more could you ask. Jamie likes tea with milk and two sugars, but he hardly stops to drink it. I would highly recommend this company, if you want a prompt, professional job doing, then these are guys for you.

Mark found a problem while doing our loft. It could have led to future serios problems. Not only did he polnt this out, he carried out remedial repairs. Due to this problem he was unable to fully lay all the boards. Believe it or not, he redu ed the original quote, nor did he charge for the remedial work.
