I had a new roof installed last year, so I knew the loft space would be absolutely filthy, but the team were absolutely immaculate. They even managed to get through a (very) narrow crawl space to install insulation at the back of the house, how he managed to do that I do not know (even seeing the photos). Had a wooden loft ladder fitted which meant a modified access, this included a new insulated cover . The whole job took around 2 hrs only. I can now access my loft whereas previously I could not with the old vertical aluminium ones. Good job.

The fitter arrived promptly and was polite and friendly. He got straight on with the work, having first laid dust sheets to protect the carpets. He was quite quick and in only a couple of hours he was finished. He demonstrated the new loft hatch and ladder and explained the operation. All very satisfactory.
