Recently had access4lofts install a new loft access with retracting ladder and part floored and shelved, it has completely de-cluttered the rest of the house and is perfect for quick easy access. The work was carried out in a professional manner by the team who worked hard to complete the task in the time stated. John arrived bang on time, and got underway after briefing us about how the installation would progress.

The work went smoothly and was completed just after midday. We had a clear demonstration of the hatch use, with safety a priority.

Michael came out and measured up laying a loft floor, fitting loft ladders and fitting a new loft hatch. He then discussed the different product options and prices with us.

The jobs were quickly arranged and the workmen arrived in time, were friendly and efficient, carrying out the jobs with no issues and ensuring that we were happy with the finished job before leaving. They also demonstrated how the hatch and ladders should be operated.

Overall I am very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

Great service from start to finish. John was efficient, tidy and cleaned up any mess which he’d already kept to a minimum. Any wood cutting was done outside. The fitting process was a lot quicker than I was expecting. The new loft hatch and ladder is brilliant and there was no need for any decorating. 10/10

I was extremely happy with the service and communication received from Michael (and John who carried out my work). From arranging the initial appointment to discuss my needs, to the work being carried out, everything ran to plan. Michael offered me a few different options on what could be achieved for my space regarding flooring and shelving etc and was also able to dismantle an old water tank that was taking up valuable space in the loft. On the day of the work being carried out John arrived on time; laid dust sheets and just worked away. At the end of the day everything was left clean and tidy.

I was amazed how much bigger the loft looked and how much space it gave me. I’m already filling it with ‘stuff’ 🙂

Michael was a fantastic help throughout the whole process from beginning to end.

He came out at a time that suited us to assess the work what we wanted done. Explained everything, gave us options of what was and wasn’t needed.

The fitters were a happy bunch engaging in chat as they prepaired the ground work laying sheets to cover carpet etc. We were able to just let them carry on with their work with no interuptions, (except for a cup of coffee for them).
