The lads who came to complete the work were great. They put sheets down and where very clean and tidy throughout their work and ensured everywhere was clean and tidy afterwards to. They were very friendly, professional and polite throughout. The work was carried out very efficiently and the whole process was great. Even the initial visit to quote and measure was smooth and efficient, with all communication being clear from the start and all the way through to the completion of the work. I would certainly recommend this company to others, and have already do so.

JB Lofts came and did an excellent job, even made me aware of some issues with the roof that I was able to get sorted the same day, so very grateful and pleased with the work done. We invited them back recently to complete the job and board and insulate the left side of our loft on the 24/09/2025! What a team!! From the first port of contact until the end of the job!! Both lads were great, pleasant from the moment they arrived at my house. Didn’t stop working and kept me updated whilst I was at home.

Makes it so much easier to access my loft. The guys has cleaned up everywhere ,and demonstrated how to use my new ladder.
