Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted Access4Lofts after seeing their package offer, and I’m very glad I chose them.

From the initial enquiry through to the installation, the communication was excellent. Josh and the team were friendly, professional and very helpful, taking the time to explain the options clearly and making sure everything was exactly what we wanted.

The loft boarding itself has been completed to a very high standard. The central run has been boarded neatly and securely, and the new loft hatch, larger wooden ladder and lighting have made a huge difference to the accessibility and usability of the loft. The workmanship is excellent and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

I also appreciated how straightforward and transparent the whole process was. There was no pressure to choose unnecessary extras, and the team were happy to answer all my questions before we went ahead.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts to anyone considering loft boarding or a loft storage solution.

I ticked no to no instructions simply because I wasnt home when they finsihed . I left a key came home to a clean woeking area very pleased with the space we have the job done looks tidy and took half the time we were told so thats good highly recommend. Lads were lovely.

JB Lofts came and did an excellent job, even made me aware of some issues with the roof that I was able to get sorted the same day, so very grateful and pleased with the work done.
